Deputy Mayor of the City of Poznań. She is responsible for spatial planning policy, architectural and construction administration, geodesy, real estate management, municipal services, climate and environmental protection, and the development of the city’s urban green infrastructure system.

An attorney-at-law she is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań and holds an MBA. As an attorney representing the Mayor and the City Council, she represented the City of Poznań before administrative courts in matters concerning spatial planning. She is a member of the Polish Town Planners Association and the author of publications and expert opinions in the field of administrative law. From 2020 to 2024, she served as the Director of the City Planning Office in Poznań.

Piotr Szukalski is associate professor at the University of Lodz, Lodz, Poland. His research interests are in population ageing, family care-giving, older adults activities, ageism, intergenerational relations, regional demography. He has published over 250 articles and chapters related to social gerontology, demography, intergenerational relations and family issues.

Since September 2024, as Chief Operating Officer, she has been responsible for helping to develop and implement the PINK Association’s strategy, overseeing the organization’s day-to-day operations, and supporting the growth of the commercial real estate industry. She joined the organization’s board in May 2025. An expert with many years of experience in the real estate industry. For over a decade, she was associated with the Eurobuild publishing house, where, as editor-in-chief, she was responsible, among other things, for the development of the “Eurobuild CEE” magazine, the website, and the organization of numerous conferences and other industry events. For nearly four years, she served as deputy general director of the Polish Association of Developers. Jarosław Bator, CEO of NDI Development, the company responsible for development in the NDI Group. Sean Doyle is the Head of Capital Markets for CEE, overseeing a diverse portfolio that includes office, retail, industrial, residential, hotels, and alternative sectors. Sean has been primarily based in Poland for 16 years, during which he has made significant contributions to CBRE's success in the region. Sean's career journey began in San Francisco, where he worked for a developer before eventually relocating to London and, subsequently, Poland. Under his leadership, CBRE has achieved its current number one position in the Polish market, with transactions exceeding EUR 14 billion in recent years. Sean's wealth of experience and expertise has played a pivotal role in shaping CBRE's strong presence and performance in Central and Eastern Europe.

Piotr Kamiński is an office market expert with over a decade of experience in commercial office leasing and strategic advisory for developers, investment funds and property owners. He is currently a Member of the JLL Poland Management Board, a role he has held since July 2025.

He has been with JLL since 2016, where he has progressed through all career levels: from Junior Consultant, Consultant and Director, to taking on the role of Head of Office Leasing in January 2021. In this role, he leads a team of advisors representing office building owners, focusing on acquiring new mandates and forging strategic partnerships with developers and institutional investors. Aleksander Kłak is a co-founder and member of the Presidium of the Polish Dual-Use Chamber. He is a manager, investor and entrepreneur with over 13 years of experience in private equity and business development. From 2018 to 2023, he served as a member of the Management Board of Thumos Group, one of the leading investment groups in the CEE region, where his work included leading large-scale transformation projects. He is a former Chairman of the Investment Committee at RKKVC. He actively supports the development of companies operating in dual-use technologies, industry and automation systems. For many years, he has advised private investors. Since 2016, he has held a licence for trading in strategic goods and services.

Urszula Kowalska heads the development advisory team at JLL Living Investments, where she manages advisory services for planned investments, including build-to-sell (BTS) projects, build-to-rent (BTR) projects, and private student housing. She has been involved in some of the largest development acquisitions in Poland, including Ares's purchase of Murapol, Echo Investment's acquisition of a controlling stake in Archicom, and Develia's acquisition of Nexity Polska.

A graduate of the Faculty of Geodesy and Cartography at the Warsaw University of Technology, she also completed postgraduate studies in Real Estate Valuation and Postgraduate Development Studies at the Warsaw School of Economics.

Cezary Kulesza, Management Board Member of Horizontal Estates - a joint venture company whose shareholders are Firmus Group and NDI Development. Since 2023, he has held the position of President of the Management Board of the Properties companies within Firmus Group Investment & Development, with which he has been associated since 2008. He has many years of experience in sales, marketing, preparation and commercialisation of real estate development projects. He is actively involved in the Polish Association of Developers, serving on its Council and on the Board of the West Pomeranian Branch.

Joanna Maj is an attorney-at-law at SWK Legal Sebzda-Załuska, Wójcik, Kamińska, Mann Radcowie Prawni, specializing in legal advisory for the investment process and real estate transactions, corporate law, and public procurement, with a particular focus on EU-funded projects. She is a graduate of doctoral studies at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Silesia.

With over 15 years of professional experience in the construction and real estate sectors, Joanna has developed an extensive track record within public administration, including building supervision and architectural-construction authorities. As an attorney-at-law, she has provided comprehensive legal support to municipal departments and represented local government units in proceedings before both common and administrative courts.

She is a recognized expert in construction law, spatial planning and development, as well as substantive and procedural administrative law. She serves as a lecturer for the postgraduate program "Investment and Construction Law" at the Institute of Law Studies of the Polish Academy of Sciences.

She is the creator of "Construction Fridays" (Budowlane piątki), a dedicated legal alert for the real estate industry on LinkedIn. Through this initiative, she has provided regular analysis of key legislative changes and market developments for nearly 200 consecutive weeks.

She is a frequent speaker at numerous industry congresses and conferences and serves as an expert for the Real Estate Committee of the Polish Chamber of Commerce. Tomasz Ogrodzki is an entrepreneur and proptech expert, CEO and co-founder of REDD Group—a platform building data infrastructure for the commercial real estate market in Central and Eastern Europe. He created his first real estate database at the age of 12. Today, together with his team, he is developing one of the largest databases of commercial buildings in the region, providing analytical tools to global companies and investors.

He is a co-founder of the rapidly growing startup REDD, which uses data and artificial intelligence to transform the commercial real estate market and support leasing and investment processes.

Maciej Piotrowicz leads Urban Partners’ (formerly Nrep) Real Estate transactions and portfolio management in Poland. Before joining the company in 2022, he advised private equity clients across CEE at McKinsey & Company. During his tenure, Urban Partners has built a robust portfolio in logistics and living sectors, including key acquisitions (7R, BIK) and the launch of PRS and co-living platforms - Lett and Noli Studios.

Patrick Pospiech is responsible for investment and transaction advisory services for multifamily apartments, student housing, micro-apartments, and other assets in the residential sector.

Patrick joined JLL's Warsaw investment team in 2016.

He has participated in key transactions in Poland's growing residential sector, including Heimstaden's acquisition of a portfolio of apartments from Budimex Nieruchomości and G-City's purchase of 650 units in Warsaw and Krakow. He also recently advised funds managed by Apollo and Griffin Capital Partners on securing financing for the development company Spravia worth over PLN 700 million. Prior to joining Living Investments, Patrick worked in the office and logistics investment team, participating in transactions worth over EUR 3 billion in total.

Daniel Puchalski is a real estate expert with nearly 20 years of experience in the Polish real estate market and over 30 years of professional practice in sales, advisory, and transaction negotiations. He currently serves as Managing Partner at immolab, where he is responsible for strategic development and the execution of complex investment projects.

He built his professional track record at Colliers International and JLL, where he established and led specialized investment land business lines. He subsequently held the position of Managing Partner at Knight Frank, overseeing the strategic growth as well as comprehensive representation of both landlords and tenants.

He specializes in advising on and executing complex investment transactions across all major real estate sectors, including hospitality, logistics, residential, PRS, data centers, and commercial real estate. Throughout his career, he has worked with over 200 institutional investors, funds, and capital groups, advising on transactions with a total value exceeding PLN 12 billion.

He brings extensive experience in managing large-scale projects, including multifunctional portfolios with complex ownership and use structures, spanning multiple asset classes and investment strategies. His in-depth knowledge of regional markets across Poland enables him to effectively execute transactions in any location and at any scale.

He combines strong transactional expertise with competencies in PropTech, artificial intelligence (AI), and business strategy, supporting investors in navigating an increasingly dynamic and evolving market environment.

Marta has been associated with the financial market since 2007, when she began her career at BRE Bank SA (now mBank SA) in the retail banking division. She joined IPOPEMA TFI SA in 2010, where she was responsible for implementing a project to establish an investment fund focused on residential real estate. Since 2020, she has held the position of Deputy Director of the Real Estate Fund Management Department, and since 2022, she has served as Director of the Alternative Investment Funds Management Department. In this role, she is responsible for managing the implementation of alternative asset class funds within the IPOPEMA TFI structure and for establishing two funds investing in logistics-sector real estate, within which she serves as CEO of special purpose vehicles and as fund manager. Since 2024, she has also been a member of the Supervisory Board of TUW PZUW.

Since January 2018, Magdalena Reńska has served as Managing Director and on the Management Board of EURO STYL S.A., a company belonging to the Dom Development Capital Group – Poland's largest residential developer. Magdalena also serves on the Management Board of Euro Styl Group operating companies (Euro Styl Montownia and Your Destination), which provide short-term rental services to EURO STYL clients purchasing investment apartments.

Magdalena has spent over 20 years of her professional life in the real estate industry. She worked for development companies in the Tri-City area, then, in 2008, opened a branch of the international commercial real estate advisory firm JLL, responsible for Northern Poland. She successfully managed it for nine years. She then served as Regional Commercialization Director for Northern Poland (Gdańsk, Poznań, Łódź) at Skanska Property Poland for a year. For 10 years, she has also been a lecturer-practitioner at the University of Gdańsk, where she co-creates the program and supports the university in selecting faculty practitioners for the postgraduate program in Real Estate and Development Project Management at the Faculty of Management.

From 2019 to 2024, Magdalena also served as a Board Member of the Polish Association of Developers, Tricity Branch.

She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Spatial Management and Real Estate Valuation from the Faculty of Geodesy and Cartography of the University of Agriculture and Technology in Olsztyn. She is also a graduate of the Gdańsk University of Technology, where she earned a Master's degree from the Faculty of Management and Economics.

An experienced leader in the logistics real estate sector. As SVP and Regional Head for Central Europe, Paweł Sapek oversees Prologis’ portfolio across Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Hungary. Together with his team, he manages more than 5.2 million square meters of logistics space.

Prior to joining Prologis, he held the role of Development Director for the CEE region at Segro Poland. He also gained experience working with global engineering firms, including Ove Arup & Partners and Washington Group.

He holds a degree in Marketing and Management from the University of Economics in Katowice, as well as postgraduate qualifications in logistics management from the Warsaw School of Economics. In 2019, he was awarded the title of Fellow of RICS (FRICS), a distinguished designation from the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Anna Szelc is a Senior Director in Investments at Invesco Real Estate in Poland. She is responsible for asset management of ca 1.4 billion EUR of real estate, including prime office, retail and logistic assets i.e. Q22, Plac Unii and Galeria Kazimierz.

Her responsibilities include performance maximization business development and , implementing ESG strategy

Prior to joining Invesco in 2021, Anna worked as investment and asset manager, and a lawyer. She began her professional career in 2004. Her experience spans all of the real estate sectors, including developments, residential, office, retail, industrial and hotels in CEE. In the past she worked for companies like Breevast and Azora, covering various aspects of investment and divestment, asset management and leasing of their portfolios.

Anna professional qualifications include master of Law degree and various real estate courses i.e from Cornell University. She is active member of Urban Land Institute and Mentor of ULI Mentoring Programme

Paweł Sztejter is an expert with over 30 years of professional experience in the Polish residential market. He currently serves as Vice President of the Management Board and Executive Director, responsible for JLL's services in the residential sector in Poland. As part of his responsibilities at JLL, Paweł oversees residential market research and analysis, strategic and development consulting, as well as transaction advisory services in the broadly understood residential market. JLL is active in the BTS (built-to-sell) and BTR (built-to-rent) segments of the residential property market, as well as in the private student accommodation (PBSA), co-living, holiday homes and senior housing sectors.

He is also a co-founder and a long-time Managing Partner of REAS Residential Advisors. Established in 1997, REAS was a leading advisory firm providing services to residential developers and investors in Poland. In December 2018, REAS became part of JLL.

Between 1994 and 1997, Paweł was a member of an advisory group established by the World Bank, the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and the Polish Ministry of Construction to support housing sector reform in Poland. In addition, between 2014 and 2019, Paweł served as vice-chairman of the Polish Association of Real Estate Advisors. He is also a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and the Urban Land Institute (ULI).

Marek Wróbel is the Director of the City Planning Office in Poznań. He has been continuously associated with the Office since 2007, when he began his professional career in the Legal Department. Over the subsequent years, he gained experience by combining legal expertise with a passion for spatial planning.

Actively engaged in promoting the idea of sustainable urban development. He supports organisations such as the Union of Polish Metropolises, the Association of Polish Cities, and the Economic Council of the Faculty of Socio-Economic Geography and Spatial Management at Adam Mickiewicz University.

He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań and holds an MBA degree from WSB Merito University in Poznań.

Researcher with nearly 20 years of experience. She has been in charge of research for the Nieruchomosci-online.pl real estate listings platform since 2025. Her research shows the real estate market not through the perspective of classic data, but through the eyes of people – buyers, sellers, landlords. The idea behind these projects is not only to analyse what market participants need, but first and foremost to learn about their opinions and attitudes, as well as to understand their everyday decisions – those that often result from life changes and emotions, and not just from calculations.

In the past, she conducted numerous research projects for, among others, Polska Rada Centrów Handlowych (the Polish Council of Shopping Centres), Polpharma, ‘Dziennik Gazeta Prawna’ (a Polish legal and business newspaper), the INFOR publishing house, as well as for Onkofundacja Alivia, which supports people who suffer from cancer.

Jacek Zengteler joined Yareal Polska in early 2016 as Head of Residential, and a year later he was appointed Member of the Management Board. In December 2019, he assumed the role of Managing Director, followed by Vice President in February 2022, and since February 2023 he has served as President of Yareal Polska. He is also a member of the Management Board of Yareal Polska Holding.

He has been associated with the real estate industry since 2002. He built his professional career at Dom Development S.A., where he held, among others, the positions of Deputy Director for Development, Director of the Real Estate Department responsible for land acquisition, and Director of the Customer Department. He also served as a commercial proxy of the company.

Jacek Zengteler holds a degree in economics and has earned MBA diplomas from the Warsaw School of Economics and the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota. He has completed numerous courses and training programs related to management and the real estate market, including the Strategic Leadership Academy at ICAN Institute and Real Estate Economics and Finance at the London School of Economics and Political Science. Since 2019, he has been a Member of the Management Board of the Warsaw branch of the Polish Association of Developers, and since May 2025 he has served as a Member of the Association’s Council. In the 2021–2023 term, he was also a member of the national Management Board of the Polish Association of Developers.
