She has served as a member of the Wrocław City Council and, since 2017, has chaired the Old Town District Council. She is also a co-creator of the Lower Silesian Women’s Congress. An attorney-at-law she is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań and holds an MBA. As an attorney representing the Mayor and the City Council, she represented the City of Poznań before administrative courts in matters concerning spatial planning. She is a member of the Polish Town Planners Association and the author of publications and expert opinions in the field of administrative law. From 2020 to 2024, she served as the Director of the City Planning Office in Poznań.

Prof. Marcin Piatkowski is an international economist specialized in economic development, innovation, and competitiveness, with senior experience across global institutions and government advisory roles.
He is Professor of Economics at Kozminski University in Warsaw and Lead Economist for South Asia in the Finance, Competitiveness, and Innovation Department of the World Bank in New Delhi. He also lectures at Peking University’s Guanghua School of Management.
Previously, he was Chief Economist and Managing Director of PKO BP, the largest bank in Poland, economist in the European Department of the IMF, Advisor to the IMF's Executive Director, and Advisor to Poland's Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance.
He holds a Ph.D. and habilitation in economics from Kozminski University and an M.A. in finance and banking, summa cum laude, from the Warsaw School of Economics. He was a pre- and post-doctoral scholar at Harvard University and a visiting research fellow at London Business School and the OECD Development Centre. He has presented at leading universities (e.g., Harvard, Stanford, LSE), international institutions (e.g., the IMF, OECD, EBRD, and the World Bank), and global conferences (e.g., World Economic Forum in Davos).
He has published extensively on economic development, innovation, and competitiveness. He is the author of a book on “Europe’s Growth Champion: Insights from the Economic Rise of Poland,” published by Oxford University Press in 2018 and 2025 (second edition). The book has been reviewed by the Financial Times, endorsed by leading economists, and awarded “Best Book in Economics” (2019, Polish Academy of Sciences) and “Best Book in Economic Education” (2020, competition sponsored by the National Bank of Poland). The Polish edition became a bestseller in Poland, with Ukrainian and Chinese translations forthcoming.

Marek Wróbel is the Director of the City Planning Office in Poznań. He has been continuously associated with the Office since 2007, when he began his professional career in the Legal Department. Over the subsequent years, he gained experience by combining legal expertise with a passion for spatial planning.
Actively engaged in promoting the idea of sustainable urban development. He supports organisations such as the Union of Polish Metropolises, the Association of Polish Cities, and the Economic Council of the Faculty of Socio-Economic Geography and Spatial Management at Adam Mickiewicz University.
He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań and holds an MBA degree from WSB Merito University in Poznań.

Bringing extensive management experience in the residential and commercial real estate market, he has led the Budlex Capital Group since September 2025.
His professional background includes senior leadership positions at Bouygues Immobilier Polska, where he served as Managing Director of the Central Region and a member of the Management Committee (CODIR), as well as at Lidl Polska, where he held the role of Head of the Expansion Office.
Responsible for co-developing and implementing investment strategies and corporate policies, he managed large cross-functional teams and oversaw key business areas including expansion, project development, construction, sales and customer service.
Academic achievements include completing several fields of study, including doctoral studies at the Warsaw School of Economics, as well as academic programs in the United States. For over a decade, he was a guest lecturer at the Warsaw School of Economics and the Warsaw University of Technology.
Mentor and a licensed real estate professional, holding multiple certifications in real estate brokerage, property management, and energy performance, including international qualifications.

Researcher with nearly 20 years of experience. She has been in charge of research for the Nieruchomosci-online.pl real estate listings platform since 2025. Her research shows the real estate market not through the perspective of classic data, but through the eyes of people – buyers, sellers, landlords. The idea behind these projects is not only to analyse what market participants need, but first and foremost to learn about their opinions and attitudes, as well as to understand their everyday decisions – those that often result from life changes and emotions, and not just from calculations.
In the past, she conducted numerous research projects for, among others, Polska Rada Centrów Handlowych (the Polish Council of Shopping Centres), Polpharma, ‘Dziennik Gazeta Prawna’ (a Polish legal and business newspaper), the INFOR publishing house, as well as for Onkofundacja Alivia, which supports people who suffer from cancer.

With nearly 17 years of experience in building and scaling digital products, he currently serves as Head of Product at RynekPierwotny.pl, where he leads the product strategy for Poland’s largest real estate platform. His previous roles include senior product leadership positions at Livespace and uPacjenta.pl, as well as serving as Chief Product Officer at Synerise and iTaxi.
He began his career at Grupa o2 and has since become an active voice in the product community — authoring the book “Mobile for Managers” and creating the course “Product Manager’s Workshop.” He is also recognized by Google as a Product Strategy Expert.
Beyond work, he pursues a passion for precision craftsmanship: assembling mechanical watches and working toward designing his own.
Jacek Zengteler
Jacek Zengteler
Jacek Zengteler joined Yareal Polska in early 2016 as Head of Residential, and a year later he was appointed Member of the Management Board. In December 2019, he assumed the role of Managing Director, followed by Vice President in February 2022, and since February 2023 he has served as President of Yareal Polska. He is also a member of the Management Board of Yareal Polska Holding.
He has been associated with the real estate industry since 2002. He built his professional career at Dom Development S.A., where he held, among others, the positions of Deputy Director for Development, Director of the Real Estate Department responsible for land acquisition, and Director of the Customer Department. He also served as a commercial proxy of the company.
Jacek Zengteler holds a degree in economics and has earned MBA diplomas from the Warsaw School of Economics and the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota. He has completed numerous courses and training programs related to management and the real estate market, including the Strategic Leadership Academy at ICAN Institute and Real Estate Economics and Finance at the London School of Economics and Political Science. Since 2019, he has been a Member of the Management Board of the Warsaw branch of the Polish Association of Developers, and since May 2025 he has served as a Member of the Association’s Council. In the 2021–2023 term, he was also a member of the national Management Board of the Polish Association of Developers.
