Active in the flexible workspace sector since 2017, Jakub has been with CitySpace – a leading flex office operator within the Echo Investment Group – since 2020. He is currently responsible for network expansion, business analytics, and developing new revenue streams. Over the course of his career, he has gained broad experience in sales, marketing, and operational management. His achievements include launching CitySpace Novo (2024), collaborating with architects and business partners, commercializing over 12,000 sqm of flex space, and shaping brand communication strategies. Co-owner and CEO of Monting Development, a dynamically growing real estate
development company specializing in high-quality residential projects.

He is responsible for strategic planning, acquiring new lands for development, and supervising project
implementation processes. As a leader, he successfully transforms innovative concepts into real
investments, strengthening the company's position in the market.

Monting Development's most prestigious project is the planned investment on Chłodna Street in
Warsaw – a project that is set to define a new standard in the apartment segment on a national scale.
It will stand out for its architecture, high quality of workmanship, and unique amenities for future
residents. The goal is to create a luxurious residential space that will initiate further development of
this part of Warsaw's city center.

He has also been involved in the acquisition of EUR 1 Billion M1 Retail Portfolio, the EUR 300 Million acquisition of Wars  Sawa Junior -  Poland’s iconic high street asset and the sale of the EUR 600 Million Rocky portfolio.

Lawyer specialising in real estate investment services with over seventeen years of experience in the real estate sector. Graduate of the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics at the University of Wrocław and Management Studies for Developers at the Warsaw School of Economics. She is currently a PhD student in law at Lazarski University in Warsaw.

He has been involved in the real estate market for 13 years. During this time he worked for dozens of Polish and international corporations in the field of strategy and investment analysis (PwC Poland, Roland Berger).In 2017-2020 he was a member of the board of directors in the leading real estate group Mzuri (rental operator for about 7 thousand apartments). Since 2023, he has been running a portal for professional analysis about the real estate market - FLTR.pl. He has extensive experience as a business consultant, investor and analyst.

Piotr Fijołek is a top Merger & Acquisition expert with over 17 years of operational experience exclusively dedicated to real estate and private equity. Piotr has been associated with Griffin since the beginning of his professional career.

His impressive track record contains more than 100 successful transactions, with a total volume exceeding EUR 4 bn. For more than a decade, he has orchestrated several flagship Griffin’s projects, including takeover of the so-called M1 portfolio and the acquisition of a majority stake in Murapol, a leading Polish property development company, which he is currently overseeing as Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board.

In addition to this, in his capacity as Co-Managing Partner, Piotr’s key role is also asset management. Currently, he is heading several investment platforms, among them Murapol, Horse and Stokado, projects with a GAV of EUR 1.0+ million. He also actively drives Griffin’s expansion into foreign markets and the development of new business lines.

Piotr completed management studies at the Warsaw School of Economics and spatial economy at the Warsaw University of Life Sciences, as well as an Executive MBA programme from Kozminski University.

He has over 14 years of professional experience in real estate transactions, consultancy and research. She focuses on the Living sector (flats for sale, flats for rent, student houses and coliving). Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Karolina was a member of the Residential Investment team at JLL, providing transactional advice covering income generating assets in the residential sector.

Karolina graduated from the Warsaw University of Technology with a degree in Geodesy and Cartography, specialisation: Spatial Information Systems and SGGW Interdepartmental Studies in Spatial Management, as well as postgraduate studies in Real Estate Management at the University of Warsaw.

Agnieszka holds LEED Green Associate credentials. Her experience includes working for EY Poland, the Polish Investment and Trade Agency, JLL, Savills, and Cresa. Agnieszka is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics and Kozminski University.

He graduated in law from the Faculty of Law and Administration of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań in 1999. From 2000 to 2024, he was an employee of the Poznań local government. Graduate of the University of Economics with a degree in accounting and corporate finance, and of the Warsaw School of Economics with a degree in real estate project management.

She has been active in the development industry since 2001, and, along with her husband,  she has run Constructa Plus for 12 years, a company which, in addition to residential projects, also deals with revitalisation in the urban space of Poznań.

Two-time winner of the Architectus civitatis nostrae (Builder of our city) award for improving the quality of life and attractiveness of the space and architecture of the City of Poznań in the category of residential and commercial complexes.

Her work includes the reconstruction of the Żelazko tenement house, a project for which the CDF Architekci studio received the Jan Baptysta Quadro prize awarded by the Mayor of the City of Poznań.

In May 2025, she restored the Dom Książki to be a recognisable landmark again, turning it into a place where culture meets residential comfort, and where books and fine dining complete the picture of urban living.

She founded the Dom Książki Foundation whose aim is to promote reading and to support the activities of non-governmental organisations. For years, she has also worked closely with Barka Foundation for Mutual Help, supporting the integration of the social economy sector with business.

Łukasz Jarzyło leads the office leasing processes across 16 GTC buildings in Poland, offering a total of nearly 200,000 sqm of modern workspace. As Head of Office Leasing, he is responsible for leasing strategy, tenant negotiations, and optimizing occupancy levels across the portfolio. His role also includes building relationships with key business partners and overseeing the leasing team.
Łukasz brings over 20 years of professional experience. He joined GTC in 2023, having previously worked with CPI Property Group and CBRE, where he delivered numerous complex advisory projects.
He holds a degree in International Relations from the University of Warsaw.

Jan Kaliński joined Hillwood Polska in 2015 and currently holds the position of Head of Business Development. He manages the leasing department, overseeing tenant acquisition and the execution of development projects. With over 16 years of experience in the industrial and logistics real estate market, Jan has been responsible for the commercialization of over 2 million square meters of space. From 2006 to 2015, he served as Leasing Manager at the AIG / Lincoln joint venture (currently White Star Real Estate), which specializes in the development, leasing, and management of mixed-use asset portfolios across key European markets. Jan holds a Master's degree in Management and Marketing from the Kozminski University in Warsaw.

Anna Kicińska is a Partner at EY-Parthenon and Leader of the Real Estate Advisory Group at EY. Anna, with over 30 years of experience, specializes in strategic consulting, transaction support, valuations and asset management.

Anna participated in large real estate and M&A transactions in the CEE region. During her career, she secured new locations for international investors as well as Polish industrial companies. She also participated in the development of prime commercial projects in large Polish cities.

Anna also focuses on urban revitalization. She has won a number of projects, which support urban transformation and the ESG agenda. Currently, sustainable development and AI in real estate are her main focus areas.

Jadwiga Kosińska has been involved in the real estate and construction industry for over 25 years. She holds a degree in Civil Engineering from the Warsaw University of Technology and an Executive MBA from the University of Illinois. She began her career at HOCHTIEF Polska, advancing from Specialist to Director of the Contracts Team. From 2011 to 2017, she served as Construction Director at Vastint Poland, managing project teams. She later worked at HB Reavis and as Branch Manager at cmT Sp. z o.o., contributing to projects such as Varso Tower, Rondo ONZ, Business Garden, the Gdańsk Refinery, Fashion House in Gdańsk, and Gdynia Waterfront. Since 2022, she holds the position of Project Director at Stocznia Cesarska Development, managing the transformation of historic shipyard grounds into a new, multifunctional district in Gdańsk. In her free time, she enjoys ceramics and water sports.

Michał Kwinta has been associated with Mindspace since 2017, the beginning of the operations in Poland. Upon introducing Mindspace Koszyki to the Warsaw market, he took on the role of Senior Community Manager. At that time, he was responsible for building the local company structure and team, managing Mindspace Koszyki, and its further expansion in 2019.

Currently, Michał Kwinta serves as the General Manager of Poland, primarily responsible for the development and expansion, including the opening of Mindspace Skyliner in 2023, as well as the company’s operational activities in Warsaw. He also coordinates commercialisation efforts and ongoing collaboration with business partners, brokers, real estate agents, and tenants.

Before joining Mindspace, Michał Kwinta spent 12 years in the tourism and hospitality industry, holding management positions at companies such as LOT, Fly Away Travel, and Louvre Hotels Group.

Tomasz Lewandowski is responsible for the development of advisory competences within the area of investment land plots, including greenfield investments as well as the sale of built-up properties that require reconstruction, revitalization or demolition. He is an expert with many years of experience in the commercial real estate market and specifically in the areas of transactions, asset and financial management as well as negotiations.

Prior to joining JLL in 2019, Tomasz held the position of Head of Asset Management at Immobel Poland. Earlier, he served as the Managing Director at Golden Star Estate Poland and Portfolio Managing Director at Mars Real Estate FIZ AN. He also worked for Catalina Group and Skanska. Jacek Łaszek is a housing finance economist with domestic and international experience. From 1994,  as a Project Manager of the Housing Finance Project of the Polish Government and the World Bank, he has worked with developers, banks, and construction companies in the Polish housing sector. Dr Łaszek has conducted  studies on the housing finance systems in Poland and in other countries of Central and Eastern Europe. In 1990 - 92 , as an advisor of deputy premier L. Balcerowicz , he worked on transformation of polish housing finance system. Since 1998 work in Bank Śląski (ING Group) as an advisor with mortgage department, savings and loan and mortgage bank. Since 2001 became an advisor to the president of the polish central bank (NBP) L. Balcerowicz. Since 2006 become a manager of real estate unit in the central bank which developed and managed official statistical program of real estate price monitoring in Poland. This studies are conducted from stability of financial sector and monetary policy point of view. Jacek Łaszek is a professor in Warsaw School of Economy  (university of economy) and provide lectures of real estate, finance, micro and macro economy.

A commercial real estate expert with over 25 years of experience in strategic advisory, team management, and investment project development. She specializes in landlord representation, lease negotiations, stakeholder relationship management, and business development. For many years, she was associated with Cushman & Wakefield, where she managed an office portfolio of over 300,000 sqm. She currently serves as Partnership Development Director at IWG PLC, where she is responsible for the expansion of the coworking network. Anna is also a lecturer at Kozminski University and a mentor in programs supporting young talent in the real estate industry. She is a member of RICS – the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

During his 18 years at JLL, he has prepared hundreds of various studies and reports on market forecasts, urban development issues and office employee research. Previously, Mateusz gained experience at the development company Platan Group, where he was involved in concluding lease agreements for office and warehouse space, marketing activities and market research.

He has been associated with the commercial real estate market for over 24 years. He is the author of many articles in industry and national press and frequently appears in public, leading presentations, and discussion panels at conferences.

Mateusz is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Real Estate Management and has also completed numerous courses and trainings organized by institutions including the CCIM Institute and ICAN Institute.

He is responsible for investment and transactional advisory on multifamily, student housing and other assets in the residential sector.

Patrick joined JLL's investment team in Warsaw in 2016.

He works with major players in the Polish institutional rental market in capital raising and operational development. He has been involved in key transactions in Poland's growing residential sector, including Heimstaden's acquisition of a portfolio of flats from Budimex Nieruchomości and G-City's acquisition of over 600 flats in Warsaw and Krakow. Prior to joining Living Investments, Patrick worked in the office and logistics investment team. In total, he was involved in transactions worth approximately EUR 3 billion.

Managing partner and co-founder of immo lab,  immo lab leasing and PURE Hub - Polish Ukrainian Real Estate Hub.

Expert with almost 20 years of experience on the Polish real estate market and 30 years of professional experience. Before founding immo lab, he was associated with international consulting agencies for more than a dozen years. First at Colliers International and then at JLL, he created and managed investment land departments. Then, as Managing Partner at Knight Frank, he directly supervised not only the investment departments, but also landlord representation and tenant representation. He has worked with more than 200 investment property investors and developers representing all segments of the real estate sector.

He is also involved in PropTech projects, aided by his competencies gained early in his career in the telecommunications and new technology industry, where he formed sales teams at Polska Telefonia Cyfrowa (Era GSM/T Mobile), Netia Telekom and Comverse Technology.

During his career, he advised on the sale of investment land throughout Poland with a total area of approximately 50 million sq. m. and a value of approximately PLN 5 billion. In addition, he participated in the sale of companies and investment properties for approximately PLN 2 billion.

Marta has been associated with the financial market since 2007 when she started working at BRE Bank SA (currently mBank SA) in the Retail Banking Business Support Office. She joined IPOPEMA TFI SA in 2010 when she was responsible for creating and implementing a project of a closed-end fund that invested in residential real estate. In 2020 Marta was the Deputy Director of the Real Estate Funds Management Department and, since 2022, acts as the Head of Alternative Investment Funds Management Department. She is responsible for establishing two funds investing in real estate from the logistics sector, where she is a CEO of special purpose vehicles and a fund manager. Since 2024 she is also a member of TUW PZUW Supervisory Board.

Is an architect and urban planner, a graduate of the Faculty of Architecture at Poznań University of Technology (diploma 2000) and the Postgraduate Study in Spatial Planning at the Faculty of Architecture at Poznań University of Technology (diploma 2000). From 2000 he was a designer at the Municipal Urban Planning Studio in Poznań, where he held a managerial position from 2007.
He is a co-author of many planning studies for municipalities and cities, including the study of conditions and directions of spatial development of the city of Poznań and the Concept of Directions of Spatial Development of the Poznań Metropolis developed by the Centre for Metropolitan Research of the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań.
From 2005 until its dissolution, he was also a member of the Western Regional Chamber of Town Planners, based in Wrocław. From 2009 to 2014 he was a member of the Main Board of the Society of Polish Town Planners and for 4 terms the President of the Board of the Poznań Branch. He is also the Chairman of the Organising Committee of the 3rd Congress of Polish Urban Planning (Poznań 2009) and a member of the Programme Council of the 4th Congress of Polish Urban Planning (Lublin 2012). For over 15 years she has been involved in the topics of energy efficiency, climate and energy policy, sustainable development. At VELUX Polska she is responsible for public affairs activities and institutional relations, e.g. through cooperation with the public sector, industry organisations and other stakeholders. Expert and chairwoman of the board of the Wave of Renovation Association. Previously an energy efficiency consultant at Danfoss Poland for almost 7 years. She was also active in the NGO field for many years, working with local governments and community representatives. Author of numerous articles and publications in the field of energy efficiency, climate change, energy poverty, energy transition, decarbonisation of the building sector and industry.Winner of international architectural awards, including the Prix Versailles 2025 award with the title of one of the ‘Most Beautiful Museums in the World’ for the Polish History Museum, IF Design Awards, German Design Awards and Urban Land Institute Europe Award for Excellence for the Polish History Museum and the Polish Army Museum.
