Natalia Weremczuk
The Deputy Mayor of Poznań since May 2024. She is responsible for overseeing spatial policy, construction and housing, land surveying, real estate management, municipal services, climate and environmental protection, as well as the development of the urban greenery system.
An attorney-at-law, a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań and an MBA programme. She has extensive experience in managing investment and urban planning processes.
As Director of the Municipal Urban Planning Studio, she led the work on Poznań’s new Study of Conditions and Directions for Spatial Development, as well as numerous local spatial development plans, implementing a systemic approach to shaping green spaces as a fundamental element of investment processes.

Maciej Zielonka
Born in 1985 in Gdynia, graduated from the First Academic High School in Gdynia. He holds a Master's degree in Spatial Management from the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań and a postgraduate diploma in Real Estate Valuation and Urban Spatial Development Management from the Gdańsk University of Technology.
Spatial planner and real estate appraiser. His day-to-day work involved operational urban planning related to the construction investment process and property valuation. He worked in the Spatial Planning Office of the City of Gdynia, Pomeranian Regional Planning Office and in a private company in the power engineering construction sector. He also ran his own business.
For years involved in social activities in Gdynia: member of the Young Democrats association, the Działki Leśne district council, the Miasto Wspólne (Common City) urban movement and the board of a large housing community in Mały Kack district. Organiser of numerous meetings, debates and workshops on spatial planning and the creation of space in Gdynia. Creator of websites dedicated to the city: gdynia.new.pl - on architecture and urban planning in Gdynia, and przestrzengdyni.pl - on spatial planning in the city. Author of three completed investment projects as part of the Civic Budget in Działki Leśne.
Privately, a happy husband and father. Loves long walks with his dog. He is interested in sport - explores the area of the Tricity agglomeration on his bike: MTB, road and gravel. In his youth he was a junior player in the Arka Gdynia football team. He enjoys travelling around Poland and Europe.

He has been dealing with macroeconomic research and forecasting for over 25 years. Since 2016 head of Economic Research Department and Chief Economist at PKO Bank Polski. Vast experience at international financial institutions, among others as chief economist for Poland at Nordea Markets and senior economist at Santander Bank Poland. Expert at one of leading economic think-tanks in Poland, the Center for Social and Economic Research (CASE), with participation in scientific and advisory projects abroad. Warsaw University graduate. Participated in many trainings covering econometric modelling, forecasting and mathematical methods in financial markets (e.g. Swiss Finance Institute and Cambridge Econometrics). Co-author of a few economic books and numerous articles on economy and financial markets. Regularly awarded for accuracy of economic forecasts (Consensus Economics, Focus Economics, Forbes, Parkiet, Rzeczpospolita), including four titles of the Economist of the Year from a major Polish economic and financial newspaper Parkiet for the most accurate macroeconomic and financial market forecasts for Poland during the last five years.

A legal advisor and graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University in Kraków. An experienced local government official specializing in housing policy and programs aimed at increasing housing availability in Poland.
Former Deputy Mayor of the City of Gorlice, where he was responsible, among other things, for social, investment, and housing matters. He represented the City of Gorlice in the Union of Polish Cities, co-founding the Climate Committee.
He has gained professional experience outside public administration – participating in the management of entities operating in the medical sector and working at a law firm.
A native of Gorlice, actively involved in initiatives for the local community and the sustainable development of cities.

He has managed major projects (R4R and CitySpace) at Echo Investment Group, successfully led Business Link and business development at Skanska. He restructured and developed PKP as a member of the management board of the organisation. He is a member of the prestigious Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a certified real estate valuer.

He is currently responsible for network expansion, business analytics, and developing new revenue streams. Over the course of his career, he has gained broad experience in sales, marketing, and operational management. His achievements include launching CitySpace Novo (2024), collaborating with architects and business partners, commercializing over 12,000 sqm of flex space, and shaping brand communication strategies. He has worked on projects across seven metropolitan markets in the CEE region. He previously worked with Business Link (Skanska).
He holds a degree in cultural studies and media from the University of Krakow.

This September he will be celebrating his 30th anniversary in the industry.

A leader with many years of experience in management and strategic consulting for leading companies in Europe, Africa and the Middle East. Since 2020, he has been CEO of Jones Lang LaSalle in Poland, responsible for the firm's local advisory services and overseeing the Centre of Excellence for the EMEA region. Prior to joining JLL, Mateusz Bonca was President (previously Vice President) of the Management Board of LOTOS Group S.A. (2016-2019). From 2012 to 2016, he worked as a Director at Deutsche Bank AG in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. Prior to that, he led consulting teams as a Manager at Peppers and Rogers Group in the Middle East from 2010 to 2012, and worked at McKinsey & Company from 2004 to 2010, with projects in various industries, including Germany, Czech Republic, UK, Italy, Portugal, Spain, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Belgium, South Africa and Turkey. Mateusz Bonca holds a PhD in Economics and studied at the Warsaw School of Economics and Al Akhawayn University in Morocco. Katarzyna has over 15 years of experience in leading ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) and sustainability projects for well-known international and local entities. Since 2008, she has been actively involved in the development of sustainability strategies based on decarbonisation strategies and social value creation, working with leading international organisations for this purpose.

Deputy President of the National Real Estate Stock, an associate professor at the SGH Warsaw School of Economics and head of the Institutional and Political Economy Unit. Between 2013 and 2024, he helped to develop the Polityka Insight center for policy analysis, where he served as chief economist and then also as director for research. Until 2012, he worked as a banking economist, previously he cooperated with the World Bank and the FOR Foundation, he was also a Ronald Coase Institute scholarship fellow. He authored dozens of publications in the field of housing studies, comparative capitalism, and political economy. He is the Polish representative to the European Master in Official Statistics Board (term 2021-2023 and 2024-2026).

Piotr Fijołek is a top Merger & Acquisition expert with over 17 years of operational experience exclusively dedicated to real estate and private equity. Piotr has been associated with Griffin since the beginning of his professional career.
His impressive track record contains more than 100 successful transactions, with a total volume exceeding EUR 4 bn. Aleksandra Gawrońska


Aleksandra Gawrońska
She heads the Residential Market Research Team, which at JLL is responsible for conducting ongoing monitoring of the residential development market and preparing reports on the sector in selected Polish cities. Her main tasks include preparing market analyses for external clients: developers, funds and companies related to the residential market.
She has extensive experience related to the commercial real estate market, gained during nearly 8 years of working for the international consulting company Colliers International, where she was responsible for publications, reports and analyses on the office real estate market in Poland. In 2018, she joined the Market Research and Analysis team at REAS, which became part of JLL on 1 December 2018. She is also the author of articles in the trade press and publications containing analyses of the residential market in Poland.

Joanna Janowicz
President of the Board of Constructa Plus, Chairwoman of the Board of the Polish Association of Developers and President of the Board of its Poznań branch. Graduate of the University of Economics with a degree in accounting and corporate finance, and of the Warsaw School of Economics with a degree in real estate project management.
She has been active in the development industry since 2001, and, along with her husband, she has run Constructa Plus for 12 years, a company which, in addition to residential projects, also deals with revitalisation in the urban space of Poznań.
Two-time winner of the Architectus civitatis nostrae (Builder of our city) award for improving the quality of life and attractiveness of the space and architecture of the City of Poznań in the category of residential and commercial complexes.
Her work includes the reconstruction of the Żelazko tenement house, a project for which the CDF Architekci studio received the Jan Baptysta Quadro prize awarded by the Mayor of the City of Poznań.
In May 2025, she restored the Dom Książki to be a recognisable landmark again, turning it into a place where culture meets residential comfort, and where books and fine dining complete the picture of urban living.
She founded the Dom Książki Foundation whose aim is to promote reading and to support the activities of non-governmental organisations. For years, she has also worked closely with Barka Foundation for Mutual Help, supporting the integration of the social economy sector with business.

Łukasz Jarzyło leads the office leasing processes across 16 GTC buildings in Poland, offering a total of nearly 200,000 sqm of modern workspace. As Head of Office Leasing, he is responsible for leasing strategy, tenant negotiations, and optimizing occupancy levels across the portfolio. His role also includes building relationships with key business partners and overseeing the leasing team.
Łukasz brings over 20 years of professional experience. He joined GTC in 2023, having previously worked with CPI Property Group and CBRE, where he delivered numerous complex advisory projects.
He holds a degree in International Relations from the University of Warsaw.

He is a co-author of many planning studies for municipalities and cities, including the study of conditions and directions of spatial development of the city of Poznań and the Concept of Directions of Spatial Development of the Poznań Metropolis developed by the Centre for Metropolitan Research of the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań.

Happy husband and father, graduate of the Faculty of Law at the University of Wrocław. He started his career in the property development industry in 1998. In the years 2002-2011 he was the President of the Management Board of Inkom SA, then became Director of the Wrocław Branch of Dom Development SA. In 2012, he was appointed President of the Management Board of Profit Development SA, where he currently works, creating projects that are comfortable for residents, safe and modern, as well as fitting in well with the existing urban fabric both in Wrocław and in Warsaw and Łódź. Aiming to build flats and houses for the most demanding customers, he has completed dozens of development investments.

Dominik is a Partner in the Real Estate Advisory Department and the leader of the Real Estate Group at Deloitte Poland. He provides comprehensive advisory services in the real estate market. Dominik has nearly 30 years of consulting experience, over 20 of which have been fully dedicated to the real estate sector, working both at Deloitte and in international real estate agencies.
He specializes in brokerage services and transactions, acting on behalf of both sellers and buyers. He is also involved in due diligence services and negotiations, and serves as an advisor on commercial aspects of the real estate market.
