Spravia: 25,000 units and a strong position in major cities
Spravia ranked 8th in PwC’s “Largest Developers in Poland” ranking, based on financial data for 2024. The company currently operates in the six largest metropolitan areas and remains a major player in the residential sector.
Spravia is one of the leading real estate development companies operating in the Polish residential market. The company carries out projects in Poland’s largest cities: Warsaw, Gdańsk, Gdynia, Poznań, Wrocław, and Kraków. It has been active in the market since 1999, operating as Budimex Nieruchomości until 2021.
The company specializes in residential projects, focusing on functional apartment layouts and solutions tailored to customer needs. Since the start of its development activities, Spravia has built nearly 25,000 apartments and units, delivering approximately 1.3 million square meters of residential floor space.
The company’s team consists of approximately 220 professionals. An important element of the company’s business model is its in-house construction management division, which employs over 80 specialists. In 2025, Spravia sold 1,001 units.
The company’s market position is also confirmed by its 8th place in PwC’s “Largest Developers in Poland” ranking, compiled based on financial data for 2024.
Since 2023, Spravia has been wholly owned by the Crestyl Group—a Czech development group operating since 2000. Crestyl develops residential, office, and commercial projects, including mixed-use developments in the premium segment.
