The National Real Estate Agency, a government agency that supports housing development and the management of state-owned land, has become a Content Partner of the 2026 Polish Real Estate Forum.

We are pleased to announce that the National Real Estate Agency has become a Content Partner of the 16th edition of the Polish Real Estate Forum in Sopot.

The National Real Estate Agency (KZN) is a state institution that manages State Treasury lands with the aim of supporting housing development in Poland. Its activities focus on acquiring, analyzing, and making real estate available for housing investments, with particular emphasis on areas where housing needs are greatest.

Another key area of KZN’s activity is supporting local governments in implementing projects and developing Social Housing Initiatives (SIM), which enable the construction of social housing for rent.

The presence of the National Real Estate Resource among the Content Partners of the Real Estate Market Forum strengthens the debate on issues related to land availability, housing policy, cooperation between the public sector and the market, and models for increasing the supply of housing.

The KZN also serves as a platform for cooperation between the state, local governments, and investors, and its perspective will be a significant voice in discussions about the challenges and directions of the housing market’s development.
