Emil Domeracki will lead a discussion on the future of real estate investment
He has worked on projects with a total value exceeding PLN 8 billion. At FRN 2026, his experience will be particularly valuable in discussions about the future of real estate investment.
Some people analyze a property’s potential. Others can spot it before it becomes obvious to the market.
During the 16th edition of the Polish Real Estate Forum, one of the moderators will be Emil Domeracki—a partner and shareholder at Walter Herz, an expert with over 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate sector and financial markets in Poland and the United Kingdom.
He specializes in land investments, real estate purchase and sale transactions, and strategic advisory services for institutional investors. At Walter Herz, he is responsible for business development in the area of land investments, building relationships with investors, and identifying and maximizing the investment potential of real estate.
Throughout his career, he has worked on projects with a total volume exceeding PLN 8 billion, gaining experience as, among other roles, Director of the Land Department at Colliers Poland and Head of the Investment Land Department at Realty Corporation. He has also advised the management boards of financial institutions such as BRE Bank and HypoVereinsbank, and helped establish sales departments at CitiCorp, Raiffeisen Bank, and ERA.
It is precisely this combination of capital market knowledge, transactional experience, and a practical perspective on land’s potential that makes his insights particularly valuable in asking the right questions about the future.
Moderator of the panel discussion: Land – an asset that (long ago) lost its innocence.
