Jan Dziekoński—chief economist at RynekPierwotny.pl and an expert with over a decade of experience in the real estate market—will share this knowledge. He will serve as one of the moderators during the 16th edition of the Polish Real Estate Forum.

Throughout his career, he has worked for dozens of Polish and international companies, supporting them in strategy and investment analysis. He gained experience at firms such as PwC Poland and Roland Berger, combining a consulting perspective with a deep understanding of market mechanisms. From 2017 to 2020, he served on the board of the Mzuri real estate group, a rental operator managing approximately 7,000 apartments. Since 2023, he has also been running a professional real estate market analysis portal—BIG DATA Insight rynekpierwotny.pl.

This combination of analytical, advisory, and investment expertise allows him to view the market more broadly—not only through the lens of numbers, but also of decisions, trends, and their long-term consequences.
