An Experienced Voice in the Industry: Tomasz Cudowski at the Polish Real Estate Forum

Some report on the real estate market. Others have been helping to shape its narrative for years, analyzing changes and placing them in a broader context.

Tomasz Cudowski is joining the panel of moderators for the 16th edition of the Polish Real Estate Forum—a journalist with over 35 years of experience who has been tracking and interpreting the most important processes in the real estate sector for years.

Throughout his career, he has been associated with leading industry publications, serving as editor-in-chief of, among others, “Eurobuild CEE,” “Gazeta Mieszkaniowa,” and “Wspólnota Mieszkaniowa.” He currently heads Estate FM and hosts a podcast dedicated to the real estate investment market, where he combines his editorial experience with a contemporary perspective on the industry.

He is also a regular contributor to Polish Radio and a lecturer at the University of Warsaw, which allows him to combine market practice, analysis, and educational activities.

During the Forum, he will moderate the panel “Offices – Markets of Many Speeds,” in which participants will discuss the varied dynamics of the office market and its future directions.
