Polish Real Estate Forum is the most important meeting of the real estate sector, which will be held for the 16th time on 11 and 12 June 2026 at the Sheraton Sopot Hotel.

This year's 16th edition of the FRN will once again bring together decision-makers and key figures shaping the Polish residential and commercial real estate market.

The invited speakers and panellists are practitioners from the largest development companies and consulting firms, as well as lawyers, architects, analysts, property managers, special guests and representatives of state and local government.

The invited speakers and panellists are practitioners from the largest development companies and consulting firms, as well as lawyers, architects, analysts, property managers, special guests and representatives of state and local government. The original programme, selection of topics and renowned speakers guarantee high attendance and a unique group of participants. Every year, almost 700 participants meet in two rooms: residential and commercial. They include representatives of development company management boards, general contractors, investors, real estate agents, financial advisors, members of industry organisations, lawyers and representatives of economic and industry media – all for whom knowledge of microeconomics, market research, current trends and invaluable business relationships are the basis for creating an effective business strategy.

The official part of the FRN is complemented by a space for networking in the broadly understood sense in a specially arranged Meeting Zone, which is supported by the Match Maker system. This proprietary tool creates a process for arranging meetings between conference participants long before the conference begins. Match Maker not only facilitates the search for specific companies and individuals and the creation of a meeting calendar, but above all supports participants in time management.

Polish Real Estate Forum programme is divided into issues relevant to the residential market and topics important to the commercial real estate sector. Panels run simultaneously in two rooms (Residential Room and Commercial Room) and selected topics are common to both groups.

Two days full of substantive content and networking, no more than 700 people, over 100 speakers, over 30 debates and lectures – you simply have to be there!

The Sopot Pier

No visit to Sopot would be complete without a walk along the longest wooden pier in Europe – stretching 511.5 meters into the Baltic Sea. On a clear day, the pier offers sweeping views of the entire Sopot coastline, the scenic cliffs of Kępa Redłowska in Gdynia’s Orłowo district, and even the Gdańsk Port in the distance.

A Bit of History

The first wooden pier in the resort town was built in 1827, designed by Dr. Jean Georges Haffner, and originally measured just 31.5 meters. By the late 19th century, it was extended to 150 meters, and by 1910 it reached 315 meters. Initially serving as a local landing stage, the pier gradually evolved into a prominent recreational attraction as the resort developed.

Its current form dates back to 1928, following the largest reconstruction in its history. This transformation was initiated a year earlier to commemorate the 25th anniversary of the city of Sopot and the 100th anniversary of the pier. Key upgrades included lengthening the promenade and redesigning the Kuracyjny Square.

Structure and Surroundings

Not everyone knows that the Sopot Pier consists of two distinct parts: a land section and a wooden promenade.

  • The land section, known as Kuracyjny Square, features a beautiful historic fountain, a lighthouse with a scenic viewpoint, a concert shell, and a landscaped park.

  • The wooden section includes the main 511.5-meter promenade and, since 2011, a modern marina with space for over 100 yachts.

An interesting fact: iodine concentration at the farthest point of the pier is twice as high as on land – a natural wellness benefit for every visitor.

Evening banquet at White Marlin Sopot

A long-standing tradition of the Real Estate Market Forum is the evening banquet at White Marlin – a unique restaurant located on the beach in Sopot.

White Marlin Sopot is a place of taste and style, where Chef Tomasz Purol's original menu combines the highest quality ingredients with a unique atmosphere. The sea breeze, soft sand, aromatic cuisine, silent disco and informal atmosphere of summer in Sopot are perfect for conversations under the starry sky – networking like this is pure pleasure.
