Will Poland return to the radar of major international players?

In 2024, the value of commercial real estate investments in Poland reached approximately €5 billion, more than double the figure recorded the previous year. A breakdown of the geographic origin of capital reveals notable shifts in the investor landscape.
According to data from Knight Frank, in 2024 investors from Central and Eastern Europe, the Baltics, and Scandinavia accounted for over 60% of all foreign investors. South African investors represented 19%, while those from the United States made up just 11%.
Polish investors also increased their activity in the commercial real estate sector – their share in transactions rose to around 10%, a significant jump compared to previous years, when their share did not exceed 2%.
