Are Polish funds and individual investors able to compete with global players?
‘Polish capital in the real estate market - a new stage in the development of the investment sector?’ - this question will be asked in the Commercial Hall on the first day of the Real Estate Market Forum 2025.
In 2024, Polish investors completed 38 commercial real estate transactions with a total value of EUR 444 million, which accounted for 8.8 per cent of the total investment volume. This is almost a threefold increase compared to the previous year. The highest activity was recorded in the office (over €191 million), hotel (around €115 million) and retail (over €94 million) sectors.
Are Polish funds and individual investors able to compete with global players? The value of domestic investments significantly lags behind projects on an international scale, but approaching the ranks of foreign investors is possible.
